Armor SX5000 Water Repellent

The Armor SX5000 is a high solids DOT approved, low-VOC, solvent based silane/siloxane based water repellent for concrete, cinder block (CMU), brick, unglazed tile and other porous masonry. The Armor SX5000 penetrates and reacts with minerals within the substrate to create an invisible hydrophobic barrier against the absorption and penetration of water and other liquids. Water and other liquids will “bead” off the surface.

• Can be used prior to installing a concrete coating to aid in better bonding and protect the concrete surface once the coating starts to wear down.

COVERAGE
Coverage rates vary depending upon surface porosity and texture, and application method. Excessive build up should be avoided.
